Pennington Funeral Services established in 1932, they are an independent, family run business offering you personal funeral services. Conveniently located in Langley Moor they can tailor our funeral packages specifically to your needs to help you say goodbye to your loved ones.
They provide a 24-hour service, covering the whole of the North East which means they are there for you when you need them most.
What Help Did They Need From Me?
John wanted more of an online presence so people could see his services, view what options there were & have a look at the funeral home online as he had very little online presence apart from being listed in some online directories.
He wanted to make sure that if people were searching for him online that they could visit a website for more information.
What Did I Do?
I worked with John and some of his team to understand more about the look and feel of the new website they wanted and how best to capture his willingness to care and go the extra mile to support families as they said goodbye to their loved ones.
This also included showing their funeral home in the best way. I also set them up with Google My Business and updated the listing completely along with a Facebook Page to start to get some reviews from people to help with SEO and people searching for them online.
I also visited their funeral home several times to take photos of the inside including the flowers so people could see exactly what it looked like, what they could order and the types of cars they could pick from. These were also turned into a welcome video for the website, socials and social media post images.
